Pulling from her extensive global experiences as an actress, model, fitness expert and yoga instructor. Brenda began traveling the world at a young age as an aspiring Olympic gymnast, and later switched her focus when she was head-hunted as the new face of Giorgio Armani’s Emporio Line. After living and working in Italy for five years, her career then took her to New York and Los Angeles, where she successfully pursued feature film acting roles and continued her interest in the areas of fitness and health. Ms. Swanson’s excellent reputation bloomed as she became a Hollywood stylist and trainer for celebrity clients such as Donna Dixon, Dan Aykroyd and Sharon Stone to name a few.
Today, with a full focus on health, fitness and wellbeing, Brenda works with clients both one-on-one in home and also group studio based classes. Due to Covid 19 Brenda has opened her Virtual Sculpt Yoga online studio. Specializing in supporting clients to maintain an awesome body, clean eating advice and body care line of products. As Brenda puts it she doesn’t believe in diets it’s all about a healthy lifestyle.
