Six days to 50

Hi everybody just wanted to share what it feels like turning 50- YIKES- exciting, fun, starting a whole new life- kinda like it was turning 17 and flying the coop of mom and Dad. A whole new MY OWN life. I thought I new it all and nothing could stop me- truth being I was just beginning to learn but there still is no stopping me in this journey called life- and guess what WE NEVER stop learning! I will always be here to share all the beauty, optium health and positive thinking that I have learned along my path- keeping us in great condition for the next 50. Cause Lord knows we will be living that long stay tuned to live it painlessly, happily, lovingly especially for ourselves, remember WE set the examples./em>
