50 WOW – I made it thus far and ready to make 50 the NEW 30!
Not that 45 and Fabulous was NOT FABULOUS …BUT
Our bodies change our priorities change our thoughts change all the time they are as I write.
This challenge will be a small yet precise change in maintaining OPTIMAL HEALH day to day.
Bringing healing waters -alkaline –
SAW- aka “Structured Alkaline Waters”
Whole Foods – fruits- raw nuts-(not to many they have a lot of calories). Nuts are full of protein, good oils, and just 6 almonds can give you the protein your body needs
Avocados also have the GOOD oils for skin, hair, nails keeping our bodies hydrated.
I suggest these tips for maintaining a healthy lifestyle are a great start they are yummy
