I am so sorry I have not said a peep in so long, it’s February 2nd, GROUND HOG DAY.<\/span><\/p>\n

I guess I have been in Ground Hog day for quite awhile,\u00a0<\/span>YICKS!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

I’m checking in to see if you made any NewYears resolutions and how they are going?? I am a firm believer that the pressure we put on ourselves with resolutions can be very stressful, guess what?<\/span>
\n It doesn’t have to be, tomorrow is another day, this minute is just as good as tomorrow or anytime for that matter.\u00a0<\/span>
\nI have been traveling so much I forgot to even make one and that too is ok. \ud83d\ude09 I am always challenging myself, how to do what I think is the best for my mind~body~spirit. I use the word challenge lightly, as I believe we need to give ourselves a break sometimes and know we are exactly where we are supposed to be, just be kind and loving to ourselves and grateful,\u00a0<\/span>thankful for everything we have and continue to BE the light, SHARE the light, \u00a0and LIVE in the light, spoken by a true yogi.<\/span>

I want to share so many things, pictures and videos of my last trip to Europe, stranded in London for a week, our place in Italy closed, so many challenging hiccups along the way on our scheduled<\/strong> timeline that kept changing daily (hourly) from what are plan was for Christmas and New Years. Guess what?\u00a0<\/span>
\nIt all turned out all the more beautiful then EVER we were in “the moment” every step of the way and BE HERE NOW is exactly what we were.\u00a0<\/span>
