I&#8217;m so tired of lying in bed feeling nauseas, so what does Brenda Swanson (world class athlete, feeling like first class bum do)? I hit the 6:30am HOT POWER YOGA C2 class. Jennifer taught this morning and ladies, gents, kids on your sports teams at school and otherwise.
