\nArnica brings down swelling both tablet form and should be taken for at least 3 days prior to your appointment – topically in office before – ice the places you will be getting the Botox and after keep iced for 5- mins helps with the swelling and keep using your arnica – if you have any tiny marks from the needle cover them up with your under eye concealer – this will hide the “evidence” at the same time the eye concealer covers & brings down swelling even more- just like it does under the eyes.
